Renting

Need a space to see clients? Or to run your intimate workshop or meet with your group? You can rent The Hermit’s Lamp. Whether you need it for a few hours, a day, or on an ongoing basis if you are the right person for us we can work with what you need. We are looking for people who have a high level of integrity, authenticity and positivity.

The space has:

• 2 rooms for seeing clients - 1 that can accommodate a massage table
• Waiting area in the store
• Bathroom
• Fridge, microwave, coffe make etc.
• WIFI
• The space is wheel chair accessible (the bathroom is on the main floor)
• Lot’s of free parking on ARlington.
• Bus stop right out front – just 5 minutes from St Clair West station.

It would be a great space for a therapist/counselor, RMT, life coach, reiki practitioner etc to establish an ongoing practice.

We are looking for responsible folks who are good communicators. We are not looking to have to chase people or clean up after them–physically or energetically. If you think you might be one of our right people give us a call and we can talk about what you are looking for.

After some debate we are going to set the rates to start at:
$15 per hour
$100 for one 8 hour day
Ongoing rates to be determined on individual usage starting at $150 for 1 weekly day.
All rates plus HST.
