I am looking for the perfect person to rent my space The Hermit’s Lamp to on an ongoing basis during the times I don’t work. The Hermit’s Lamp is where I run my Tarot Reading business and sell spiritual products (essential oils, candles, crystals etc) The space is sunny furnished with comfy chairs. You can see what it looks like on my facebook page The office is part of a vibrant larger community space called Bavia Arts with a dance studio.

What you’d get:

Private use of the office during your hours

Shared Waiting area.

Shared Change rooms with showers

Currently 3 days a week are open - Monday to Wednesday.
Other times around my schedule are also available.

Ideal for: Therapist, Life Coach, Astrologer, Massage Therapist, & etc.

I am looking for the perfect person who:

Fits in with me, and with the greater space as a whole

Wants to use the space long term

Is a good communicator

Is spiritually minded

Will be respectful of the space and community
